Initial inquiries and pre-registration may be done online through our website or by contacting the Admissions Office via email or phone. However, submission of original documents and final enrollment processing are typically done on campus. Please contact us to confirm the current procedure for your preferred department.

Yes. Incoming college freshmen are required to take the TLC College Admission Test (CAT) as part of the enrollment process. Results of the exam, along with your academic records, are used to determine your admission status and scholarship eligibility. Schedules for the exam are announced at the start of each enrollment period.

Yes, transferees are welcome to apply. In addition to the standard requirements, transferees must present a Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal), an official transcript of records from their previous school, and a copy of their grades. Transferee slots are subject to availability per program.

Yes, TLC accepts Filipino citizens who studied abroad (balikbayan applicants). They must submit authenticated copies of their foreign school records and comply with DepEd or CHED equivalency requirements. We recommend contacting the Admissions Office ahead of time to guide you through the process.

In addition to standard freshmen requirements, transferees must provide:

• Certificate of Transfer Credential / Honorable Dismissal
• Official Transcript of Records (OTR) from the previous institution
• Copy of grades for all completed semesters or school years

Students with incomplete documents may be allowed to enroll conditionally, subject to the approval of the Admissions Office. A deadline will be given for completing your documents. Failure to comply within the given period may affect your enrollment status. Please coordinate with the Registrar’s Office for guidance.

Yes. TLC offers flexible payment schemes to help ease the financial burden of our students and their families. Installment arrangements can be set up with the Cashier’s Office at the time of enrollment. The number of installments and payment schedule will depend on the total amount due and the applicable policies for the academic year.

Aside from tuition, students may be assessed miscellaneous fees which can include:

• Laboratory fees (for applicable subjects)
• Library and E-Library access fee
• Student council and organization fees
• ID and registration fees
• Insurance and medical fees

Scholarship applications are processed through the Committee on Admission and Scholarships. You may inquire and apply at the Admissions Office during regular office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Slots are limited and determined by the Committee based on availability and eligibility.

Yes. TLC accepts the DepEd Senior High School Voucher (GASTPE) for qualifying Grade 10 completers from public schools. The voucher provides a deduction from your tuition and fees. Bring your voucher certificate during enrollment to avail of this benefit.

Most TLC institutional scholarships require scholars to maintain a minimum general weighted average (GWA) and meet other conditions such as good moral standing and satisfactory attendance. Renewal is subject to evaluation by the Committee on Admission and Scholarships at the beginning of each academic year.

Yes. The Lewis College is a CHED-recognized institution and complies with all commission standards and policies for higher education in the Philippines. Our programs are regularly evaluated to maintain academic quality and accreditation standing.

Certain programs may have flexible scheduling options. Please inquire with the relevant department head or the Registrar’s Office to check current class schedule offerings and whether a part-time setup is available for your chosen program.

The Certificate in Teaching Program (CTP) is a professional development pathway designed for non-education graduates who wish to pursue a career in teaching. It equips participants with the pedagogical foundations and practical skills needed to meet LPT licensure requirements. Inquire at the College of Teacher Education for more details.

The academic year at TLC typically begins in August, in alignment with the CHED-prescribed academic calendar. The specific start date for each school year is announced through official school channels. Please follow our Facebook page for the latest updates.

School IDs are processed after full enrollment is confirmed. You will be informed by the Registrar’s Office when your ID is ready for claiming. New students are usually required to submit ID photos and complete their enrollment clearance before ID processing begins.

Enrolled students are provided access to the TLC E-Library as part of their enrolled services. Log-in credentials and access instructions will be issued by the library office after enrollment. For assistance, you may visit the library in person or inquire through the school’s official channels.
