Business & Entrepreneurship
The College of Business Education prepares students for leadership in the private sector, public organizations, and their own enterprises. Through an integrated study of business principles and real-world application, CBE graduates emerge as competitive, ethical, and innovative professionals.
The BSBA program covers an integrated approach to the functional areas of business, with sensitivity to the economic, social, technological, legal, and international environments in which businesses must operate. The program instills the essential qualities and leadership skills necessary for organizational success.
- Marketing Management — Technical skills and competencies in marketing through combined theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on learning activities.
- Financial Management — Strong foundations in financial theory, principles, and analytical tools for sound financial decision-making.
- Operations Management — Competencies in managing operations across manufacturing and service businesses, covering logistics, inventory, and quality control.
The BSEntrep program prepares students to start, manage, and grow their own businesses. Students develop communication skills, financial literacy, and personal values to identify market opportunities, craft business plans, and lead ventures from concept to launch.
The program emphasizes experiential learning through the College’s Entrep Laboratory — a dedicated space where students test and present their business ideas in a real-world setting, supported by mentors and industry practitioners.
Education & Teaching
The College of Teacher Education develops dedicated and competent educators grounded in TLC’s values of Faith, Service, and Personhood. CTE graduates are equipped to lead classrooms at the elementary and secondary levels and are well-prepared for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Graduates possess comprehensive subject matter knowledge and can apply teaching process skills including curriculum development, lesson planning, materials development, and educational assessment — with diverse teaching approaches for varied learners in the elementary grades.
The BSEd curriculum develops high school teachers with deep understanding of learning processes, subject matter expertise, and the professional ethical standards required of modern educators.

Designed for graduates of non-education bachelor’s degree programs who wish to pursue a Professional Teachers license. The TCP covers the 18 units of professional education required to sit for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), including foundational theories of teaching, curriculum, and assessment.

Technology & Computing
The College of Computer Studies equips students with technical proficiency and problem-solving skills in information technology and computer systems. Whether pursuing a full bachelor’s degree or a focused two-year associate program, CCS graduates are ready for careers in the rapidly evolving technology sector.
The BSIT program equips graduates with computer technology expertise in systems resource management, systems analysis and design, structured programming, and software engineering. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations with intensive hands-on laboratory work, culminating in a 480-hour internship that places students in real IT environments.
BSIT graduates are prepared for careers in software development, network administration, IT support, systems analysis, and a wide range of technology-driven industries.
The ACT is a focused two-year program that trains students in essential computer skills for today’s digital workplace. The curriculum covers PC operations, programming fundamentals, website development, and internet applications — with a one-to-one computer-to-student ratio to maximize hands-on learning.
- Networking Track — Network setup, configuration, administration, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
